NJM2903/2403 includes two independent precision voltage comparator, these two the biggest disturbance voltage comparator specifications as low as 5.0 mV, specifically designed to work with wide voltage range with single power supply. It can also be used separation of power, low power supply current consumption does not depend on the size of the power supply voltage.
